It is assured that the Client shall be entitled to a remuneration, if no funding is attained, however, this obligation shall not extend to instances where the Client has not watched and studied at least 80% of the curriculum given him before applying and or severely impacted their credit standing through the incurrence of derogatory marks, late payments, collections and or bankruptcies (or any negative item in his previous or current credit profile) which are unrelated to the company. We also require the Client to provide us tangible proof of denials with the reason why he received a denial. If a refund is granted by the NC Credit Solution, LLC team, it will be issued in the form of a payment plan comprising up to five total payments, to be disbursed every 30 days, and such refund is subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Client agrees that even if a refund is issued, the company will keep a total of $750 from the total paid to cover marketing expenses.
